ABBA & C.C.Catch

Once the producer of the famous group ABBA - Stig Anders managed to make 4 contracts for production of all 4 albums of the group in former Soviet Union. But suddenly some difficulties occurred. At that time there were limits with currency operations in the USSR. And that matter seemed foolish & ridiculous at western business' point of view. The producer solved the problem on his own way. He agreed for barter. At the end he was paid from soviet officials with oil instead of US dollars to get the license for the gramophone records' production in the USSR. And later Stig had to sell the oil himself.

So one time being with the concerts in one of the former socialist countries, C.C. had a very similar case. For her show she was given world-famous Meison porcelain instead of money.
